How old do I have to be to join?
This is a fitness program, short and simple. Just like any strenuous workout program we would prefer all participating student to be 18 years of age or older.
What accesories will I need?
One Hula Hoop for the warm-up and preferably your favorite pair of heels.
Can I put my membership on hold?
We will hold any unused portion of a 30 day membership upto 60 days from the date of your last class.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
You can cancel a pre-purchased membership. Once you have begun the 30 day period, no refunds will be issued. 30 day memberships ARE NOT transferrable.
Daily Class Pass Purchase
This is the perfect way to try out the live class and see if the workout is a perfect fit. Our single daily class passes are not refundable, so be sure to purchase on a day you are certain you can attend.
What should I wear?
This is the best part about offering on line classes, you get to wear whatever you want. You will need to make sure that your skin is exposed from the knee down. I would not suggest wearing any type of tights.

Is this a beginners or advance fitness program
This is a strength training program. While the live classes are structured for intermediate level it is the perfect program to build on.
How many classes should I take in one week.
If you ae a beginner to strength training, we suggest no more than 2 classes in one week. A more experienced student we would suggest 3x’s a week. You will need to add sometype of 45 minute cardio regime to this workout to see results within 30 days.
